Please upload a copy of the provided minor photo release form (https://www.languageconnectsfoundation.org/uploads/files/general/LCF-Release-Form-for-Minors-2024.pdf) signed by your parent or guardian. Uploads should be in GIF, JPG, PNG, or PDF format with a 5 MB maximum file size.

Please upload a high-resolution photo of yourself in landscape orientation (1200+ pixels wide, if possible). Photos should be in GIF, JPG, or PNG file formats with a 5 MB maximum file size, selecting the largest option available via your device for clarity.

You are also invited to upload up to three high-quality photos of exploring cultural experiences, traveling/landscapes, or using your language skills. Submit only GIF, JPG, or PNG file formats with a 5 MB maximum file size.

If you wish, we invite you to select one of the interview questions to reply via a short video clip (30 seconds max.) to be embedded into the written profile and used on social media. Your video can be filmed simply, using your phone in landscape/horizontal layout, and we will complete the trimming/formatting for you! Videos should not exceed a 100 MB maximum file size.

  • I grant to ACTFL, its representatives, and employees, the right to use my or my organization’s photo/video.
  • I agree that ACTFL may use my photo/video for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content, so long as ACTFL gives me credit as the creator/owner of the photo/video.
  • I acknowledge that I have obtained permission for publication from all individuals pictured in the photo/video, as well as the photographer/videographer. I also hereby release ACTFL, their staff and their agents, legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to submitted photographs/videos.
